Poovar Backwater Boating and Golden Sand Beach are one of the best tourist places in Kerala, this place is on the way Trivandrum (Kerala) to Kanyakumari Tamilnadu) and the total distance is around 35 Km form Trivandrum and 70 Km from Kanyakumari. We visited for Poovar backwater cruise while returning from the Kanyakumari trip. The boating was for around 1 hour and cost us 1200 bucks, it was totally worth and we enjoyed it a lot. Vivekananda Rock Memorial: Ferry Ride - Kanyakumari

Vivekananda Rock Memorial was built in 1970 in honour of Swami Vivekananda who is said to have attained enlightenment on the rock. Swami Vivekananda meditated on this small rock surface for 3 days. Sunset Point, Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu is a must-visit place for all nature lovers who enjoy the colors of the sky when the sun is setting. Though because of clouds, the final sunset could not be seen. Mathur Aqueduct Hanging Trough - Kanyakumari

Mathur Aqueduct is One of the Longest and Highest Aqueducts in South Asia. It is about 60 km from the popular tourist town of Kanyakumari and about 60 km from the city Trivandrum. We visited here during bike ride from Trivandrum to Kanyakumari. Mathur Aqueduct stairs to climb over one end
